In reaction to the suspension of the club's license by Islington city council, several artists worldwide have expressed their solidarity for the city's mythical club, on social networks.

Other local DJs amongst like Daniel Avery or George FitzGerald, have reached to London's mayor Sadiq Khan, who made nightlife's development one of his core electoral promises:

In previous tweets, Daniel Avery reminded that without “The club [that] has supported underground music on a large scale every single weekend for over fifteen years” he would not be the artist he is today. The London club who previously has issues with the authorities is a symbol for the capital's nightlife.

London mayor eventually gave an answer:

He urges Islington's council, the Metropolitan Police Service and fabric to find a solution as soon as possible. The club closed on August 15th after two 18 years old died from overdose.
